1. Returns

Eligibility for Returns You may return a product within 30 days of the purchase date if the product is:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In the original packaging.
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products that have been used or damaged by the customer.
  • Custom or special-order items.
  • Electrical components and parts.

Please provide your name, contact information, order number, and the reason for the return. Our customer service team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if your return is approved.

2. Refunds

Eligibility for Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Partial Refunds Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:

  • The product is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts not due to our error.
  • The return is initiated more than 30 days after the purchase date.

3. Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. We will arrange for an exchange or replacement at no additional cost to you.

4. Shipping

Return Shipping Costs Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
